About the Owners' Association and Committee

All owners within the development are members of the Owners' Association, which is constituted in accordance with the building's deeds. The deeds are legally binding on all owners. There is an elected committee and we hold an annual general meeting which is open to all owners. The primary objectives of the Owners' Association relate to maintaining the building in accordance with its deeds and safeguarding the interests of the majority of owners.

The Owners' Association Committee is a group of apartment and commercial premises owners elected by other owners. The Constitution of the 95 Morrison Street Owners' Association is available to owners on request.

General information about the building
General information pages answering just about all of the common queries from owners and residents can be found at the following links for each part of the building:

New owners
We invite all new owners to get in touch with the committee by email so that we can ensure your details are recorded by the property manager and so that you are provided with all relevant information. Please read the general information page relating to your area of the building (either 95 Morrison Street or Clarence House/The Prism) in full as these have been designed to answer virtually all questions typically received from new owners.

Short term lets
Owners should be aware that any form of short term letting arrangements are prohibited by the building's deeds and will not be tolerated. Regular checks are carried out and any owners found in breach of the deeds in this respect may be subject to legal action.

The property management company maintains an email distribution list. Any new owners should get in touch with the property manager using the details listed here

Contact us
The Committee of the Owners’ Association meets on a regular basis to discuss all current issues in the collective interests of the owners within the building. The minutes of these meetings are made available for owners to download from a secure link which will be provided to owners who are registered. General updates are posted in the news section of the website and on the notice boards in the building.

Any owners wishing to contact the Committee may do so via the email address below which is checked on a regular basis, with communications discussed at the next meeting if required. Responses will be sent direct to the individual or noted in the meeting minutes as appropriate.

Any owners who wish to make an appointment with the Committee about serious matters, or who feel that they are not getting sufficient help from the property managers over a matter which cannot be dealt with by email correspondence are also asked to contact us requesting a face to face meeting.

Please refer any general enquiries regarding maintenance, entry system, door codes etc to the property manager as it is their role to deal with such issues. Tenants should refer all enquiries to the property manager or their landlord/letting agent.
