The best way to contact us is by email and please note that we do not use Facebook for communications but we do have a general Facebook page. Tenants, letting agents, solicitors or estate agents should refer all enquiries to our property management company, with the exception of those relating to door entry fobs and car park remotes, as detailed on the general info page. Property Management Company
Our property managers, Newton Property Management Limited, are responsible for administering the development on behalf of the owners and should be the first point of contact for all routine enquiries, with the exception of door entry fobs and car park remotes, which are explained on the
general info page.
Tenants should refer all initial enquiries to their landlord or letting agent before contacting the property management company. The Owners' Association Committee has no role in handling tenants.
