The local energy network distributor in the area is ScottishPower Energy Networks and you should contact them with any concerns about unexpected power outages, regardless of which company you purchase electricity from. Emergency matters can be reported by calling 105 or other enquires to ScottishPower Energy Networks can be made via 0800 092 9290. The network distributor would provide advance warning of planned outages in the external power grid.
